End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you and noalgo.me. By installing, accessing, or using the noalgo.me mobile application or service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the application.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

noalgo.me is built to connect real friends physically and authentically. Because users can share content, including text and images, we maintain the highest standards of safety. **There is absolute zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.**

You explicitly agree that you will not post, upload, share, or transmit any content that:

• Is offensive, abusive, defamatory, harassing, bullying, or threatening.
• Depicts, encourages, or promotes extreme violence, self-harm, or illegal acts.
• Contains hate speech or targets individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains obscene depictions or nudity.
• Exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way (see our detailed CSAE Policy).
• Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Filtering, Moderation & 24-Hour SLA

To ensure community safety, all content and accounts are subject to active moderation.

• Proactive Filtering: We implement safety measures to identify and filter out objectionable text, images, or behaviors before they reach users.
• 24-Hour Action SLA: Our moderation team reviews all flagged posts and user reports within **24 hours**. Any content found to be in violation of this EULA will be removed immediately.
• Account Termination: Any user found to be sharing objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior will be immediately and permanently banned from the service, and their access to the app revoked.

4. Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this agreement, you have direct tools to report it:

• In-App Post Report: Tap the options menu (three dots icon) on any post, and select **"Report Post"** to send it directly to our moderation desk.
• Email Support: You can submit detailed reports, including screenshots or user details, directly to our safety team at safety@noalgo.me.

5. Blocking Abusive Users

You retain absolute control over who can interact with you. Because noalgo.me is built entirely on real-world, in-person QR handshakes, you will only see posts from users you have explicitly connected with.

If a connected user becomes abusive or posts objectionable content, you can immediately sever the connection:

• Tap the options menu on any post authored by that user.
• Select **"Delete Friend"** to immediately sever the friendship. Once deleted, they can no longer view your posts, and their content will be permanently removed from your feed.

6. License Grant and Limitations

noalgo.me grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on your mobile device strictly in accordance with this agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice or liability.
